Why Nufusion?

Nufusion Project is an initiative to bring about “goodness to this world” through ensuring the world switches away from today’s energies that cause harm to our environment to Nufusion energy.

Why establish Nufusion Project?

i. A clean, green, safe and sustainable energy solution for the world

Developing a commercially viable energy solution, Nufusion energy (or in scientific language Nuclear Fusion) that will replace most of today’s existing energy generation solutions globally (e.g. gas, coal, nuclear fission etc). This is the world’s only way to meet our energy needs and save our planet from the climate changes that are happening now!

Nufusion energy is a green, safe and sustainable energy solution Nufusion is efficient! The same amount of material or fuel is 1 million times more efficient that nuclear fission and 1 trillion times more efficient that fossil fuels. What about other energy sources such as hydro (dams), wind power and solar? Hydro power generation or the establishing of dams to generate electricity has been already extensively used around the world and there are a limited number of new opportunities. When we consider the climate changes occurring in our world, our water systems are now being subject to extreme conditions which may put some of our dams and the surrounding environments at risk. In a number of cases, complete environments have been changed and the downstream impact on communities is becoming more visible in some countries.

Solar and wind power generation are both very expensive, limited and not readily accepted by consumers.

	Globally, the average price of power per unit from these types of generation systems is significantly higher than the expected price for Nufusion energy.
	The volume of power produce from these types of generation systems is limited and the regions and conditions where this can be established are also very limited.
	Many consumers are in favour these types of generation systems however would not consider them appropriate as constructed in the local region mainly due to the visible impacts.

Why haven't we developed Nufusion before? Nufusion has been worked on by scientists for many years and this type of new energy source means new thinking, new processes and new techniques. Most of the developments have been funded by universities and governments and as such scientists have been working away to solve the riddle. The scientists estimate the solution still to be at least 20 years away based on existing experiments. Nufusion wants to do this much quicker and is being established on that basis. Effectively, at Nufusion Project we do not believe we can wait another 20 years for Nufusion and desire to bring established commercial processes and experiences to produce a result much quicker.

ii. Nearly all the profits to go be used for a good cause

The aim of Nufusion Project is to establish a business of rolling out 100 nuclear fusion driven energy (electricity) generation stations over the next twenty years and manage these. This activity is expected to generate significant funds of which 90% of the profits are going to benefit the poor communities globally.

Nufusion Project is primarily focused on improving the world we live in! The changes that are effects our world (climate change, financial crisis, political wars etc) are impacting the lives of individuals, communities and sometimes entire countries that have little or no money.

Energy is a basic commodity of any nation and should be available to all at the lowest price possible. Nearly all technology uses energy and even mobile phones, which have brought communities closer and given the ability to “stay in touch”, require electricity to operate, hence the need to support every community with an efficient low costs energy generation system.

Nufusion Project will be established primarily from contributions made by individuals, communities, organizations and governments from around the world through a number of activities. To accelerate the development of Nufusion, it is expected to offer a 10% investment opportunity to individuals and corporate further accelerate the commercial Nufusion being developed. The investor(s) will expect a return and this is why not all the profits will go to helping those that need it. If this can be avoided it will be!

Initially it is estimated that at least £20M will be required to start the development of Nufusion Project is initially at a research level. It is expected that the most expensive elements will be a result of the initial unique equipment required however we have seen individuals and small organizations establish solutions where big companies have failed.

iii. Save our World from Climate Change

To establish facilities to refreeze the polar ice caps (north and south) to ensure that they are returned to a state that is accepted by a global scientific community.

CO₂ Emissions There are numerous debates being held on the causes of climate change. There is general agreement that the increase of CO₂ being produced into our atmosphere is having an impact on our environment however the exact impacts fully understood. Many countries have moved forward in reducing the level CO₂ emissions by establishing measures such as energy efficiency however globally this is slowing down the rate of increase in CO₂ but not reducing it. In addition, the need for energy in developing countries such as China and India is continuing to have a sizeable impact on CO₂ emissions increasing.

Disappearing Oceans On the earth’s surface there has reduced a reduction of 30.5 million cubic miles of water. The earth’s total ocean volume 310 million cubic miles of water and therefore approximately 10% of the ocean’s water has been used by man and this is a significant amount of water that has disappeared from our oceans. The human race has extracted 800 billion barrels of oil out of the earth and has had to pump down certain amount of water (at most 70% of that volume) to replace the extracted oil. Could it be that our polar ice caps are melting and the water being used to pump into the earth to extract oil?

Disappearing Polar Icecaps and Wildlife There is acceptance that the polar icecaps are disappearing and the resulting ecological impacts are significant. Unless we have a solution soon we will find it difficult to reverse the changes we are making to the environment.
