The Nufusion Organisation

Nufusion Project is a private organization in each country that it operates and nearly all of its shares will be held by a registered charity. Those shares not held by the charity will be offered to investors on the basis of a strict criteria i.e. one that fits within the overall "continuously creating goodness" philosophy. This structure will ensure the distribution of its profits support its charter i.e. develop communities globally and aid environmental projects.

Nufusion Project and the associated charity is planning to initially be established in United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada. Other countries will be added as resources permit.

• A team of technical consultants, independent of the Board, will be engaged to ensure the specialized nature of the project undertaking is kept on track.
• Experienced business individuals have been approached to take up a Board position and this will be communicated once they are confirmed.
• Additional elements such as the charity side of the Nufusion Organisation are being created to support effect fundraising.
